Devanshi Garg, Founder/Facilitator
Devanshi has been involved with imparting education using fun technological aids, mentoring students with disabilities, as well as teaching business students by way of creative and structured tutorials at Auckland University of Technology and The University of Auckland, New Zealand. Prior to Catapult-Ed, she was working as a Management Consultant at Hewlett Packard in New Zealand and then in Germany. Devanshi Garg holds a Post-Graduate Honours Degree in Organisational Change and Innovation and a Bachelor of Arts/Commerce double degree in Psychology and Management.
 
Jamie Newth, Facilitator
Jamie has extensive experience in facilitating personal growth and professional development in youth.  He specialises in creating a fun and friendly learning atmosphere and using various engaging teaching methods. He has lectured extensively in business management, entrepreneurship, and career development at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. He is currently running his own management consultancy working with both corporate and not-for-profit community organisations. He holds a Master of Commerce in Entrepreneurship, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Organisational Change and Innovation, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and International Business.
 
Vishaka Beriwala, Event Organiser
Vishaka has organised International Scale Events at India Habitat Center and Shangri-la Hotel with leading corporates in India. She has co-ordinated the marketing and logistics of events with over 200 delegates from over 17 different countries. She worked with the Chief Financial Officer of Genpact to manage the finances of an International Youth Network spread in 106 countries. She has a Bachelors of Commerce degree from Delhi University and she majored in Finance and Tax. During her tenure at University, Vishaka held the prestigious position of the Vice President, Finance of AIESEC.
 
Vasudha Chopra, Student Mentor
Vasudha has been involved in workshops with a curriculum that includes the principles of experiential learning, positive psychology and learning disabilities. She has worked closely with children with disabilities with her volunteer work at the schools community service project, Nai Disha. She is actively involved in the public and media relations society of Gargi College for which she has organised sponsorships and logistics for events at an inter college level. She is currently pursuing an honours degree in Applied Psychology from Delhi University.
